These
Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products marketed by Lucia Easter
headquartered in 71031 Alberona FG, Via Roma 37 via the internet
lisoladipasqua.it site, in order to ensure maximum transparency and
clarity in the relationship with consumers and users acting for purposes relating to the business entity. All sales and purchase between Seller and Customer shall be governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration
Users who intend to purchase on lisoladipasqua.it and use the services on the Site, shall effect the registration. The person who shall register, declare that I have read the Privacy Policy and that the personal data entered is true, as well as correct, assuming full responsibility for the information provided. In case of variations, the user is required to inform the Company, at email: info@lisoladipasqua.it.
2. Acceptance of the conditions of sale
Placing an order in the manner provided, you represent that you have read all information provided to him during the purchase procedure and accept the general conditions of sale.
Lucia Easter reserves the right to change these conditions and their validity will be effective from the publication on the site. Once the purchase process the customer can print or save an electronic copy of these general conditions of sale.
3. Orders
The client once finished the order from the site, will receive an e-mail communication (e-mail) to the email address supplied at registration, the confirmation of the order, with an indication of the number d ' order to be used for any communication with the seller.

4. Store Prices
All the selling prices displayed on lisoladipasqua.it site are indicated in Euros and include VAT. Are subject to change without notice and the only price to be considered correct is indicated at the time of order confirmation. The shipping costs are charged to the customer, be displayed before completion of the order.
5.Modalità Payment

Tuttele transactions by credit card are made directly on the PayPal site, via secure server with security system SSL (Secure Socket Layer) that lets you communicate in a way designed to prevent the interception, alteration or falsification of information.
The Seller is never aware of data concerning credit cards of their customers.
6. Delivery methods
The products will be delivered by courier to the address indicated in the order. The courier will not delivery the evening, on Saturdays and Sundays. No responsibility can be attributed to the seller in case of delay in delivery of the order.
The delivery costs are borne by the customer, clearly visible at the time of order. On receiving the goods the customer will be required to verify the correspondence of goods compared to the ordered and that the product is intact and not altered. Any damage or product discrepancies must be immediately constestati to affixing the courier control written reserve. Once signed the document of Corrierre, the customer can be affixed to any dispute concerning the appearance of what was delivered.
7. Warranty
In the event that the product is defective and inadequate consumer, the customer must provide a notice to the seller within 60 days of receipt, by e-mail or by calling customer service.
The seller will, following the verification of such a defect, send another identical product in place, or possibly to cancel the contract.
8. Right of withdrawal
(Statement of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206).
The consumer has the right to rededere the purchase contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, which allows the identification of the Consumer and the contract, to be sent to:

Communication can also be sent to Lucia Easter, within the same period, by e-mail (at info@lisoladipasqua.it) or telegram and confirmed within 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent to undertaking the same vendor.
The withdrawal is effective only if it is exercised no later than 10 working days from the product delivery date; the Seller upon receipt of the letter of withdrawal, will not delay in telephone contact with the consumer in order to communicate the address of the place where the products must be returned; then the Consumer will handle the return of the products to the Seller no later than the following 10 working days. It does not apply the right of withdrawal for customized products.
Seller, within thirty days of receipt of the withdrawal communication, fully return the price paid by the consumer, excluding shipping.
The return costs of the products to the Seller shall be borne by the Consumer.
An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the returned products.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law.
Any dispute arising out of or are related to these "Terms and Conditions" will be referred to the jurisdiction of the Court for the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, so as determined by the provisions contained in the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 6 September 2005, 206) in cases where the customer is not a consumer, the local jurisdiction is the only forum of Foggia.
